To 200 ml Amber Pharmacy Bottles In NNPB Process On Triple Gob Electronic Machines from EMHART with FLEXIS pusher.

In India Company has manufacturing units in Bahadurgarh, Kolkata, Rishikesh, Pondicherry & Nasik. As a Deputy Manager (Production) with H.N.G. & I. L., my job involves Shop Floor Planning and looking after the Manufacturing of Glass Container Ranging from 5 ml. To 1000 ml. On Double and Triple Gob Electronic Machines from BOTTERO (Italy). Presently, we are successfully running India’s First “TANDEM MAHINE” (I. S. 16 T/G).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning for Production.
- Problem solving related to production activities.
- Evaluating the production progress from time to time for its proper guidance and control.
- Responsible for production optimization in consultation with machine maintenance, work shop, quality etc.
- Handling the work force on the production floor.
- Reducing down time of machines.
- Manpower allocation and control.
- Efficient inventory control.
- Identifying weak areas in production and taking necessary steps to improve that.
- To ensure adherence of ISO – 9002 procedures in Shop floor activities.
- Assist in risk assessment of manual handling and other safety issues.
- Equipping the management before hand for tacking any difficulty which my arise later on in achieving production target.
