Russian Speaking Managing Director for Glass Factory near Moscow – Great package!

One of our clients is looking for an experienced MD in glass bottles producing industry to head a successful and very fast growing factory (600 employees) near Moscow.

You will be offered a great competitive package and ability to apply your vision to the further development in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

• You will lead the business in all facets of its operations, your mandate will be to further consolidate production efficiencies within the business and provide general leadership to both manufacturing and distribution teams.


• You will work very closely with the shareholders regarding business strategy, financial planning and development. You will be expected to apply your professional skills, preferably from the Russian glass bottles production related company, in order to achieve smooth running of the operations and maximize the profit.


• Candidates wishing consideration for the position will have extensive experience (8+ years / 5+ in Senior Management) in glass bottles processing industry with a proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.


• You have considerable experience working at general management level and across all facets of the business. Your technical knowledge of the above processes and management in general will be supported by sound financial, business development and administrative / leadership skills. 


• Ideally you will speak English as well as Russian.
